Call & Submission

Guidelines

The organizers invite the submission of abstracts on all thematic subjects in the broader area of Statistical Science and Stochastic Mathematics. The deadline for submissions is July 10, 2021.

Each author may submit up to three abstracts for oral or poster presentation, and participate in up to two oral presentations. So, please indicate which abstract is for oral presentation and which is for poster presentation.

All abstracts must be in Word format and submitted online.

Please use the template provided at the end of this paragraph, and upload it using a file-name that makes use of the words “abstract” and your full name e.g., “abstract_name_surname”.

Oral Presentations

Keynote speakers are allowed 40 minutes for their presentations, questions and answers. All other speakers are allowed 20 minutes. Please bring any pdf or ppt slides that you may use on a USB memory stick to upload it on the PC in the session room, no later than 15 minutes prior to your session. .

Poster Presentations

Poster boards are 95 cm across (3 ft 1.4 inches) and 114 cm high (3 ft 8.9 inches). We recommend the standard poster A0 size (portrait) for your posters. Posters are to be set-up during the conference at any time before the beginning of the poster session and presenters must be available during the poster session. Posters MUST be taken off from the poster board before the end of the conference. (DO NOT abandon your poster.)

Full paper submssion to the Conference Proceedings

Following our post-confereance tradition, authors are invited to submit via email at  secretariat@esi-stat.gr, by October 31th the final or updated version of any paper they presented in the conference, for review and publication in the 33rd Panhellenic Statistics Conference Proceedings.

To facilitate the process, authors are kindly asked to use the template provided in https://esi-stat.gr/word/, and not to exceed the limit of 15 pages.
